How do I contact Afashion customer service?
Please email to [email protected] . The Customer Contact Centre business hours are 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and 10am-5pm Saturday and Sunday (AEST).
You can also fill out the online form on the Contact Us page and we will reply to you at the earliest convenience.
If a sale or promotion ended yesterday, can I get the sale price today?
Unfortunately, once a sale or promotion has ended, the offer is no longer valid. All promotions have a predetermined end date found on their banner advertisements.
If you are unsure when a sale or promotion is ending, contact the friendly Customer Contact Centre as soon as possible.
When will I receive my order?
For products where Afashion is listed as the Seller, standard delivery is 3-10 business days Australia-wide; including Metro and most Regional areas, and 7-10 business days for Regional Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory.
Bigger and Bulkier items such as furniture, beds and large appliances may take longer, and incur an additional delivery fee – please refer to the product page for delivery information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email. You can follow the status of your order using the tracking number provided in this message.
Your tracking information won’t update until the shipping status becomes available from Australia Post. This normally takes about 24 hours from the receipt of ‘Your order is on its way’ confirmation email.
Every so often, your order might be dispatched from different locations. If that happens, we’ll send you an email with updated shipping details for each parcel.
Only part of my order has been dispatched or delivered. Will I receive the additional goods I ordered?
Sometimes the items you’ve ordered are stored in different locations around Australia.To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we often dispatch the items separately.
We’ll let you know via email whether there are any outstanding items that will be delivered separately
Do I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes, we need a signature to successfully complete delivery of your goods. However, you can select a safe spot for Australia Post to leave your parcel at your own risk.
If no one’s home or there’s limited access to the address, Australia Post will leave a card letting you know where and when you can collect your order.
How much does delivery cost?
At Afashion we offer Free Delivery for our all order.
Can I return or exchange an item I bought online?
If your return is due to change of mind, you can return an item for a refund or exchange if it meets our returns conditions. Note that the returns conditions do not apply if the product does not meet the consumer guarantees as laid down by the Australian Consumer Law.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, your items will be on their way to dispatch. This means cancellations aren’t possible.
